About Havoric
Havoric is an AI automation and web development agency based in Ahmedabad, India, working with clients worldwide. We automate repetitive manual processes and build the web and mobile apps around them.
What we actually do
Most of the work starts the same way: somebody on your team is doing something by hand, every day, that a computer could do. Reading invoices and typing them into accounting. Sorting an inbox. Copying numbers between two systems that will never talk to each other. Filling in the same form from the same PDF.
We build the software that does that work, and then the interface around it — a dashboard, a portal, an app for the people in the field — so the result lands somewhere the rest of the business can see.
We build three things:
- AI automation — software that does the repetitive manual work your team does today.
- Web applications — dashboards, portals, and internal tools built around how your team actually works.
- Mobile applications — iOS and Android apps for teams in the field and customers on their phones.
How we work
Four steps, and no surprises in any of them:
- A 30-minute call. You describe the process. We tell you honestly whether automating it makes sense — about half the time the answer is “not yet”, and we would rather say so than sell you a project that fails.
- A written scope and a fixed quote. A price and a delivery date, agreed before anything is built. No hourly billing.
- A working demo every week. You steer as it comes together instead of waiting for a reveal. First working version in six weeks at most.
- Handover. You own the code and the accounts. We stay available because you want us to, not because you are locked in.
What we believe about automation
Three things, learned the hard way and written up in more detail in the journal:
Most automation projects fail for reasons that have nothing to do with AI. They automate a broken process, which then breaks faster. Finding the real bottleneck before building is most of the job — why automation projects fail.
Full autonomy is the wrong target. Ninety percent automatic with a fast human queue beats one hundred percent automatic in every deployment we have done — the review queue.
Not everything should be automated. We run a five-question checklist before quoting, and it regularly talks us out of work.
Who you actually talk to
Havoric is run by the engineer who builds the automation it ships — the pipelines that read documents, route requests and move data between systems that were never meant to talk to each other.
That matters for a practical reason rather than a sentimental one. When the site says “you’ll talk to an engineer”, it means the person who will write the thing is on the call, so the answer to “can you actually build this?” comes back in the same conversation rather than a week later.
It also means we are small, and say no more often than agencies our size usually admit to. Half of first calls end with us saying “don’t automate this yet”.
Working with us
If you have a process you think should be automated — or you are not sure whether it should be — that is exactly what the first call is for.
Common questions
- What is Havoric?
- Havoric is an AI automation and web development agency — an engineering studio — based in Ahmedabad, India, working with clients worldwide. It automates repetitive manual processes and builds the web and mobile apps around them.
- Where is Havoric based?
- Ahmedabad, India. Clients are worldwide and the work is done remotely; the 30-minute intro call is a video call wherever you are.
- What services does Havoric offer?
- Three: AI automation, web application development, and mobile app development. They are usually bought together, because automating a process normally means building the screens around it too.
- How does Havoric price projects?
- A fixed price per project, quoted after a 30-minute scoping call, with a written scope and a delivery date. No hourly billing and no open-ended retainers.
- Who owns the code Havoric writes?
- You do. The code and the accounts are yours at handover, with nothing locked to us.
- Who runs Havoric?
- Havoric is run by the engineer who builds the automation it ships. It is a small studio by design — the person who writes the software is the one on your first call.
