AI Automation Agency
Havoric is an AI automation agency: we build software that does the repetitive manual work your team does today — reading documents, sorting requests, replying, filing, moving data between systems. The result is measured in hours returned per week, at a fixed quote with a working demo every week.
What we automate
- Invoice and document processing — invoices, contracts, forms, and PDFs read, extracted, and posted into your systems, with a human review queue for the cases that need judgment.
- Support triage — incoming email and tickets classified, routed, and drafted, so your team reviews instead of types.
- Internal copilots — assistants trained on your processes and data that answer the questions your team currently interrupts each other for.
- Data pipelines — the spreadsheet-to-spreadsheet, inbox-to-ERP shuffles that eat afternoons, running unattended.
Each of those pages covers what the manual version costs, what automating it involves, and the cases where we would tell you not to bother — or see everything we automate in one place.
How an automation project runs
Every engagement follows the same four steps: a 30-minute call where we tell you honestly whether automation makes sense, a written scope with a fixed price and delivery date, a build phase where you see working software weekly, and a handover where you own the code and the accounts. Most systems we ship are 90% automatic with a small human review queue for the high-stakes edge cases.
Not sure the process is worth automating? Run the five-question checklist in Should you automate that process? — half the time our own answer is “not yet”.
Where it fits with the rest
Automation rarely ships alone. The review queues, dashboards, and approval screens around it are the web applications we build, and when the work happens in the field, the mobile apps. One agency, one codebase, one handover.
Book a call — 30 minutes, no pitch deck, and an honest answer on whether AI automation fits your process.
Common questions
- How much does an AI automation project cost?
- Every project is quoted as a fixed price after a 30-minute scoping call — no hourly billing and no open-ended retainer. The quote comes with a written scope and a delivery date, so the number you approve is the number you pay.
- How long does an AI automation project take?
- Six weeks at most to a first working version, and a working demo every week along the way. If a process is too large to deliver in that window, we scope the first useful slice of it rather than disappearing for a quarter.
- What kinds of processes can be automated with AI?
- The ones that repeat often, follow rules you can write down, and use data a system can actually reach. Document processing, support triage, internal copilots and data pipelines are the usual candidates. We run a five-question checklist before quoting, and about half the time the honest answer is “not yet”.
- What happens when the AI gets something wrong?
- Every automation we ship handles the cases it is confident about and sends the rest to a human through a review queue. Ninety percent automatic with a fast human queue beats one hundred percent automatic in every deployment we have done.
- What if the software we use has no API?
- Then an agent can drive the screens directly, the same way your team does — though an API integration is more reliable whenever one exists. We wrote about when computer-use agents make sense and when they do not.
- Do we own the code?
- Yes. You own the code and the accounts at handover, with no license to renew and nothing locked to us. We stay available for fixes and improvements because you want us to, not because you are stuck.
